As new clients, we were unsure of the process. As you walk in there are two areas to Check in. Name and number, and select service. Beautiful decor. Very upscale feeling with basic, common prices. I’m sure we’ll be back. Full set for my daughter and pedicure for myself. Very nice massage chairs. Very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I are both well pleased with the results and amenities. Complementary drinks.
